Currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership and Management, Edem brings a unique blend of spirituality, business acumen, and educational expertise to the helm of our educational consultancy and teacher recruitment firm.

Vitus Naako
Vitus Naako – Quality Assurance Consultant
Vitus comes from a multi-disciplinary background. With a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, followed by a Master of Science in Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation from the same university. He is pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Education at the University of Education, Winneba – Ghana.
With over 15 years of teaching experience at various levels (Junior High and Senior High schools) using the Ghana Education Service and NaCCA curriculums, Vitus has developed mastery in the Sciences and Mathematics.
With a robust educational administration and managerial experience of eight (8) years, Vitus understands and prioritizes the welfare of learners and staff, backed by effective monitoring and supervision. Having worked closely with educational regulatory authorities and education-based organisations such as the Ghana Education Service (GES), the National Schools Inspectorate Authority (Nasia), the Prof. Elsie-Effah Kaufmann’s Foundation and Dext Technologies STEM program, He is well versed in the standards and requirements for the operation of Pre-tertiary educational institutions. Currently serving as a senior member of the Accreditation Directorate of the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC), he is well placed to offer assistance to owners of schools and those intending to open and operate their schools.

Joshua Kpanti is a seasoned Chartered Accountant and an expert financial manager with over 12 years of experience in the fields of budgeting, financial accounting, and pricing. Currently serving as the Financial Manager at Hollard Insurance Ghana, Joshua brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in financial management.
Before his tenure at Hollard, Joshua honed his skills at Allianz Insurance, where he played a pivotal role in budgeting and finance. His extensive experience in financial operations, combined with his meticulous attention to detail and strategic insight, positions him as a leader in the financial sector.
As the Director of Financial Operations, Joshua is committed to driving financial excellence and ensuring that our client’s financial practices align with industry best standards.
